Every serious AI engagement starts with a real conversation — not a demo, not a slide deck, not a sales pitch.
The Discovery Call is that first conversation. Thirty minutes, focused. We'll ask about your business, your current AI experience, and what you're actually trying to accomplish. You'll ask about how we work, what an engagement looks like, and whether we're the right partner for what you need.
If there's a fit, we'll recommend a specific next step. If there isn't, we'll say so — and often we'll point you toward something that would actually help you. Either way, no follow-up spam.
What to expect in 30 minutes
The call follows a simple structure. It's a conversation, not a script — but the framework is there so you know what you're getting into.
-
0—5 min
Your context
Brief background on your firm, your role, and what prompted the call. We'll ask a few orienting questions to make the rest of the time useful.
-
5—15 min
What you're exploring
The AI question or opportunity you're trying to figure out. Current state, constraints, timelines, what you've tried, what's still unclear.
-
15—25 min
How we'd approach it
How Blue Avanti thinks about your situation, what an engagement might look like, and where we've done comparable work. Real talk, no positioning.
-
25—30 min
Next steps
If there's a fit, a specific recommended path forward. If there isn't, an honest conversation about where else to look. Either way, you leave with a clearer view.
Three possible outcomes
The Discovery Call has three realistic endings. We're upfront about all of them because it makes for a better conversation.
-
There's a clear fit
We recommend a specific engagement — typically starting with an AI Readiness Assessment or a scoped pilot. You get a written proposal within a few business days.
-
Not the right fit right now
Timing, budget, or scope aren't aligned. We'll say so directly and, when we can, point you toward the right resource, tool, or partner for what you actually need.
-
The question needs more scoping
Sometimes the right next step is a longer working session, or an internal exercise before committing to anything external. We'll be honest about that too.
